We are looking to partner with owners of small to medium size facility maintenance companies that are looking to exit the businesses that they have built. Our goal is to help maintain and grow the businesses we partner with to create a winning outcome for all stakeholders.
While we are open to looking at any opportunity, we are primarily focused on acquiring companies that have achieved $500K-$5M in annual revenue and a history of strong customer relationships.
